Apollo Building Systems, Inc. began operations in 1970 as a re-incorporation of Long Brothers Steel Building Company. Grady E. Meek, as founder and principle owner, operated and managed the new company until his retirement in 1975. Upon Mr. Meek’s retirement, Apollo Building Systems, Inc was redistributed  to his sons, Larry, Jerry, Kenny and J. Kerwin Meek.  Jerry W. Meek became the General Manager with Larry, Kenny, and J. Kerwin Meek serving in various positions of responsibility throughout the company.

Apollo Building Systems, Inc. has been actively engaged in the complete design and construction of industrial manufacturing buildings as well as retail and institutional buildings all across the Southwest; serving the private and public sectors alike.  Throughout it’s illustrious history, Apollo Building Systems Inc. has overseen almost one thousand projects ranging in size from the immense, magnificent churches to the well-designed and functional small lease spaces with a 100% completion rate of all contracts.

With several projects ongoing at any given time Apollo Building Systems, Inc. has been recognized as one of the largest church construction companies in the state of Oklahoma.  Design, Build, and Construction Management services are an Apollo Building Systems Inc. specialty, utilizing the “team concept” comprised of well-equipped and well-qualified Sub-contractors, Architects, and Engineers completing projects in the fixed contract and construction management categories alike.
